Refunds
We are unable to issue returns or exchanges on products which have been printed on. If your product is damaged at the fault of Vic Blank Supplies then a refund or credit note will be provided. We require the faulty item to be returned to us before any refund or credit can be issued. Returned freight cost are at the buyers expense.
Change of mind
If you have purchased an item and wish to return it due to a change of mind. There will be a 25% restocking fee. No change of mind returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Processing times
Processing times can vary depending on the size of the order. I am a solo person running this business currently who also has a sublimation printing business and 2 young children. I will try and get all orders out as soon as physically possible but please be patient with me if it's not done instantly. It's cool to be kind :)
Please contact us if the order is needed urgently or you have any questions on how long the order will take to process and be delivered. The Express post option does not mean that your order is shipped immediately. It simply means that it will be shipped with the quickest postage delivery possible once item/s are ready to be shipped.

Packaging
We take great care in the packaging of our products to ensure they arrive to you in top condition. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or transit damage to your package. We also cannot be held responsible for postage delays that may occur once your product has been sent by us.
